Mindful Art & Media
In Mindful Art and Media, students explore healthy digital habits through creative storytelling, media projects, workshops, and games. They’ll build media skills, develop self-expression, and learn to navigate our digital world mindfully while sharing their stories authentically.

Clay Play
Clay Play is a hands-on ceramics journey where kids explore breath, mindfulness, and creativity through the tactile experience of working with clay. This practice encourages self-expression, patience, and focus, allowing children to center their minds while developing a deep appreciation for the art of making.
